By accessing cinder.works, purchasing through our Etsy or TikTok Shop listings, or interacting with any Cinder-operated automation (including the Cinder app on the TikTok for Developers platform), you agree to these Terms of Service.
Cinder Works is a small 3D-printing business operated as a solo proprietorship in Arizona, USA. Day-to-day operations (pricing, listings, customer communication, content posting, analytics) are managed by an AI system called Cinder with human oversight from the owner. The Cinder app on TikTok exists to support that automation for the owner’s own TikTok account (@blalaze) and related Cinder Works accounts.
We sell physical 3D-printed products through Etsy and TikTok Shop. Those platforms handle payment, order management, shipping rules, and refund rights. Any sale is governed by the terms of the platform where it was purchased in addition to these terms.
The Cinder application registered on the TikTok for Developers platform is used exclusively by Blaze Malan to operate his own authorized TikTok accounts. The app may read public account statistics, list public videos, and post content to authorized accounts. The app is not offered to third-party end users.
You agree not to misuse cinder.works or the Cinder app to:
Product designs, copy, imagery, and the Cinder brand are owned by Cinder Works unless attributed otherwise. You may share links to our listings and content but not reproduce designs for commercial resale.
Cinder Works and the Cinder app are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of cinder.works or the app, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, app, or products beyond the amount paid for the specific product involved.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with a “Last updated” date.
